The purpose is orientation, not diagnosis or treatment of any condition. It also helps determine whether ongoing care is a good fit and what recommended structure could best support you. The Care Arc is a structured, personalized plan of NetworkSpinal care, with the number and frequency of visits recommended based on your assessment. Care focuses on how tension, breath, and awareness move through the spine, with sessions building on one another over time. Many people notice subtle shifts in how they feel, and individual experiences vary. The Care Arc is for those who value depth, consistency, and a long-term relationship with their nervous system.
